Having lived in the Heritage neighbourhood, I’ve seen firsthand how the lack of attention to the upkeep of roads and sidewalks can significantly impact the accessibility and quality of life for many residents. Crumbling infrastructure doesn’t just make it harder to get around—it can isolate our most vulnerable neighbours, create safety hazards, and diminish the sense of pride we have in our community. Additionally, issues like lead in the pipes are not just inconvenient; they pose serious health risks that must be addressed urgently.

These experiences have deepened my commitment to ensuring that Ward 6 has the strong, safe, and well-maintained infrastructure it deserves. As your representative, I will prioritise the repair and revitalization of our roads, sidewalks, and public facilities, while also advocating for the removal of lead pipes to protect our residents’ health. Together, we can build a Ward 6 that is accessible, safe, and a source of pride for everyone who lives here.
